Can my shipment be tracked?

To keep shipping costs down we ship sticker orders without tracking unless it is purchased at checkout!

Buttons/pins/keychain orders to the USA include tracking (but not within Canada).

If you are a US/international customer and choose NOT to upgrade to a tracked service, please note that I cannot offer any information on the whereabouts of your package once it has been shipped and no replacements/refunds will be issued should your order go missing.

Please note that if your order is returned to me because you refused the delivery, I will not issue a refund on your order at all. I do not accept returns for any reason whatsoever, as mentioned in my return policy.

If your item arrives damaged, I will provide a replacement at no charge.

What if my order is late/goes missing?

In my experience, shipments rarely go missing completely, but it does occasionally happen.

Canadian customers: If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact me.

US/International customers: If you purchased tracked shipping at checkout and your order hasn't arrived after 6 weeks, please contact me so I can open an insurance claim with Canada Post.

I will not issue a refund if your order is late due to a postal strike.

Will I have to pay custom/duties/taxes when I receive my order?

Depending on where you are located, you may have to pay custom/duty fees and taxes when you receive your order. Those taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Make sure you are aware of those potential fees by checking your local tax and duty regulations.

Please note that orders refused/returned due to refusal to pay for duty fees/taxes/tariffs will not be refunded.
